PANIC ROOM

YOUR DARKEST FEARS WILL COME FOR YOU

Capsule Collection, 2025

JNGLI’s Panic Room follows a woman trapped in a nightmarish space where her darkest fears have come to life.

At first glance, she appears scared of spiders and bees. But look closer, and the real monsters begin to surface. Using nature-inspired imagery, each garment embodies a different psychological fear she must confront: anxiety suffocating her like vines, a web of promises holding her hostage, depression pulling her under like a deadly whirlpool.

You’ll quickly realize this panic room has no walls.

It’s a shadowy corner of the mind where all your darkest fears come for you.

The Whispering Wind
No matter how loud she shouted, her voice was received like a whisper lost in the wind. Until one day, she decided that enough was enough. This design embodies the “fear of going unheard” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Erupting Volcano
They remember the final droplet to overflow her bucket, but forget the many which came before it. This design embodies the moment she erupts and the following “fear of being called crazy” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Money Plant
With money comes power. Without it: vulnerability and necessitated obedience. Dependence masquerades as devotion when choice is no longer an option. This design embodies the “fear of financial dependency” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Creeping Vines
Like vines slowly snaking against your skin, tightening their grip. This design embodies the suffocating “fear of anxiety” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Venus Flytrap
Captured in a cage of expectations, her decisions pleased everyone. Everyone but herself. This design embodies the “fear of being trapped in a life not mine” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Perfect Rose Petals
No rose is without her thorns or imperfections. But she learned to conceal and suppress. This design embodies the perfectionist-driven “fear of failure” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Busy Honeybee
The honeybee lives to serve. Pouring into others without reciprocation: one day passing mid-action from sheer exhaustion. This design embodies the “fear of burnout” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Deadly Box Jellyfish
As invisible as the translucent box jellyfish and severe as its fatal sting. Unseen until it is too late. This design embodies the often unnoticed “fear of depression” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.

The Venomous Black Widow
From a morning jog to a night out dancing, the slightest sound or lurking shadow sends goosebumps down her spine. This design embodies the ever-present “fear of physical safety” within a woman’s personal Panic Room.
